Orion is a NAS provisioning service: a plan is your own Incus container with a data volume of the size you buy, the desktop that browses it, and SMB shares for the machines on your network. Nothing is shared with another customer.
When the payment clears, Orion builds the container, attaches the volume at /srv/storage, installs the desktop and hands you a one-time sign-in link. It takes a couple of minutes, not a support ticket.

Prices and sizes come from Orion's own catalogue at /api/plans — the same record the provisioner reads, so the page can never sell a size the machine will not create. Billing, invoices and cancellation live in Magnate: one account for every Innotel service.
A plan sets a ceiling, not a floor: an order may ask for less than its plan's size and gets exactly that, but never more. Growing a volume later is a plan change, and the data stays where it is.
Pick a plan here. The size on the card is the size of the volume your container gets.
Magnate takes the payment, creates your Innotel account and tells Orion the order is paid.
Orion creates the container and its volume, installs the desktop and sends the sign-in link.
